The staff's customer service here was top notch and I can't believe how kind they were to someone from out of town who was just visiting the gym one time only! They were super helpful and accommodating, I would say how nice they were stood out the most at the gym.
So much fun! It's super packed during weekends. It's almost impossible to find a parking spot. All kids are jam-packed at bouldering. If you come later the day, it's less packed. Our instructor, Ben, was so kind and professional. He's so helpful. I would love to have another session with him.
Good indoor climbing gym in the sterling area. Their facility has a workout room, moonboard, bouldering and top roping facilities. The place can get crowded sometimes during peak hours. The staff is very accommodating and polite. Love it.
My daughter's first time being here. She loved it. Clean area with friendly staff and the kids' instructor, Karen, was very patient and kind. It has 11 levels from easy (pink) to hardest (black) and athletes with all different levels of skill attend.
