I recently joined TFE and it’s amazing! I came from a commercial gym and this place blew my mind, tons of nice, new equipment with a lot of variety. Friendly staff, clean, wide variety of classes, and in an excellent location.
This Fitness Equation in Ashburn is top quality. It is located in One Loudon..they have sauna, heavy bags, basketball courts, they have have everything that you could ask for. The price points are great. Unfortunately I was paying $100 a month at One Life. DONT do it. The staff here is much more personal able.
TFE has a great facility, welcoming atmosphere, and my personal trainer Sean is 10/10 the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s enthusiastic about your success, realistic in expectations, defines clear goals, explains anything asked, celebrates every win big or small, and really just makes you want to keep showing up.
All of the staff is really friendly and always willing to help. Great environment and with plenty of equipment. Jason is a phenomenal human and fitness guru. I love how casual he is about sharing his knowledge.
Birthday parties at The Fitness Equation
The Fitness Equation hosts birthday parties — confirmed on their own site. Climbing parties come with staff who handle the harnesses and belaying, so parents can mostly watch. One thing that's different here: every guest needs a signed waiver — send the gym's waiver link to the other parents when you send invites, or check-in day gets slow.
