The Lifetime Sterling is a really nice and relaxing place to visit. It's located away from the busy traffic and noise of Fairfax County, which makes it a peaceful place to go. The staff are very friendly and professional, and they make you feel welcomed.

I've been a member at Life Time in Sterling for over two years, and it has truly been one of the best investments in my health and well-being. The facility is spacious, clean, and well-equipped—but what has made the biggest difference in my experience is working with Dynamic Personal Trainer, Katie Dunn.
I LOVE this gym! Plenty of space, superior equipment, and an awesome staff. They offer many classes at all times of the day and each one is challenging and fun. The best part though is the personal trainers. I worked with Katie Dunn and she was amazing.
