Classes: I absolutely love the classes. The classes are fun and provide a whole body workout. The instructors have great energy and are always motivating. I love when they have themed classes! Cryotherapy: I recommend for everyone to try cryotherapy! It has helped me with hip pain and it even helped me with anxiety.
I have been a member of climb society in Folsom for about 2 to 3 months now. The classes are awesome and the instructors really pay attention to make sure you are doing the work out correctly and boy when you do the work out correctly do you get an awesome workout.
I love the energy of the instructors and the unique, full-body workout offers up something different than your usual cycling/circuit class. Also, the place looks like a spaceship inside, so they had me at the cool LED lighting. :)
