Love this place ! Less busy than MBP and appears for more serious climbers/less for general socializing. Good routes, friendly staff! Great location
Located in Minneapolis, MN, Vertical Endeavors proved to be an exceptional destination for our family outing, especially for our adventurous 3-year-old daughter, Zoē. As Zoē's interest in the local kids' rock walls waned due to the lack of challenge, we sought new avenues to explore her potential talents.
I enjoy climbing at this gym as it offers a multiple heights of walls and plenty of auto belays, top ropes, and lead climbing routes as well. They have a workout area with cardio equipment and free weights. And they have a squat rack as well. I enjoy the comradery and meeting the people that climb here.
It's our favorite of the VE locations for climbing, but the parking lot is not sufficient for all of the businesses that share it. There is a good mix of routes: longer and shorter; easier and harder; auto, top rope and lead. And there are a good mix of walls from extremely overhung to slab.
