Plan your visit
- Gear rental nearly every climbing gym rents shoes (~$5–8 typical) and chalk; harness rental is often bundled with a ropes pass
- Waiver always required at climbing gyms — sign it online before you go to skip the front-desk line
- Belaying ropes gyms teach belaying or check your certification at the desk; bouldering and auto-belays need no partner and no belay test
- First timer? bouldering needs zero experience — rent shoes and walk in; staff will point you at the easiest problems
- Memberships available — worth asking about if you'd climb more than a few times a month

What's inside
“It’s nearly all bouldering, which is what we prefer, just including as a heads up if anyone is looking for lead or top rope.”

From the reviews
Great climbing gym! Fun, dynamic routes, friendly staff and great atmosphere. I love the Scarborough location and this is a wonderful addition to the seacoast. The kids area looks awesome (see photo), can’t wait to bring my kids here.
They say true happiness is the absence of irritation. That describes this place. It is simple, straightforward, and happy. The people who work here are genuine and open. The people I see climbing here range in age and skill and they all look happier for their attempts up the walls.
Have climbed here with kids for a couple of years now and just booked a 5 year old bday party! Props to the two staff that were in the kid room with us- they were so fun and engaging with the kids and made everything feel so doable.
I’m still very new to climbing but have managed to try out a few different gyms, and this one is such a dream in comparison to anywhere else I’ve gone. Seriously bouldering heaven.
