For anybody who has adventurous kiddos, I've got a place for you. My 7-year-old daughter and I checked out Refreshing Mountain for the first time yesterday and spent nearly 5 hours there of pure fun.
I've been wanting to check this place out for the last few years and we finally made it down there and will absolutely be back! Our first impression was how clean and well-maintained the property was. They have taken great care to keep their facilities updated and maintained.
What a cool place to go. We enjoyed ziplining through the Christmas lights. We also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Last but not least, I love that all the glory is given to our Almighty Father. We went as a date night, but will definitely bring the kids next time!
5 stars — Because where else can your kids fly through trees, hug a pig, become wild plant experts, AND be fully worn out before dinner? Refreshing Mountain has officially earned its spot as our family’s home away from home.
