What climbers say again and again
“It was clean and well kept up for having as many people in it as it had.”
From the reviews
This place is huge. Don't think I have ever been in such a big sports complex before. Went for my nephews basketball tournament. It has basketball, volleyball, a gym upstairs or atleast treadmills from what I could see, mini golf, a small arcade, rock climbing wall section, smoothie bar, face painting, a cafeteria,…
Place is really something. Bring comfortable shoes, make sure your phone is charged and have plenty of money handy. lol. There is a hotel attached but we stayed a bit further north for my Son's tournament, as being there all day and night would be overkill for me (Lancaster is nearby and actually a great place to stay…
A great sports venue with plenty of things to do. Parking was reasonable and considering the ammount of time we were there it was very comfortable. The food was good. There was a cool gift shop in there, a diverse arcade , we also did the mini golf which was unique and also very reasonable priced.
Absolutely top-tier facility. Spooky Nook is hands down one of the best basketball complexes around, state-of-the-art courts, great lighting, tons of space, and run the right way. You can feel the energy the second you walk in, serious players, serious competition.
Birthday parties at Spooky Nook Sports
Spooky Nook Sports hosts birthday parties — confirmed on their own site. Climbing parties come with staff who handle the harnesses and belaying, so parents can mostly watch. One thing that's different here: every guest needs a signed waiver — send the gym's waiver link to the other parents when you send invites, or check-in day gets slow. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular gyms.
Kids classes & camps at Spooky Nook Sports
Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at Spooky Nook Sports — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
