Only full service gym in eastern PA to offer climbing/expert instruction for those with all levels of ability. Grasshopper wall has been very helpful to me as I learn new skills. Collin McGee, fitness director, is committed to bringing the latest in training techniques into this space.
The Spray Center is a great place for rock climbing training. Two walls, three hang boards, and a full gym. Collin, who is highly educated and motivated, helped me get over my climber's elbow tendonitis in less than a month. I have been climbing non-stop ever since.
Our Fitness Director, Collin McGee, is bringing something really awesome to the fitness and rock climbing community with this performance center. Lots of technology and high quality strength training education!
I joined Spray Rock Climbing Performance Center at AFC For access to training equipment close to my home near Reading, Pennsylvania. It has everything I need for training. Collin is a great resource also, as he helped me resolve my Tendinitis and give me tools to prevent it from happening again.
