Our son has taken rock climbing classes with Jon for several years. It has been a great experience. He has learned climbing techniques, bouldering, and indoor climbing. Highly recommend!
Three auto-belay routes, four top rope routes, and a separate bouldering gym make for a great environment to build and practice rock climbing skills without having to travel to Kalamazoo or Grand Rapids. Jon Bunnell’s rock climbing instruction started my 12-year-old’s love for climbing.
This is an excellent place to go climbing if you don't want to drive all the way to Kalamazoo or Grand Rapids. On top of that there are caves to explore and climb through making the experience one of a kind! There are also several auto-belays and top rope walls and a whole area for bouldering! I would highly recommend.
Nexus climbing school was next level cool! Climbing walls, bouldering and caving kept the entire family challenged. All of the gear was provided and we all came away with a new level of climbing knowledge. Highly recommend, we will certainly be returning in the near future.
