From the reviews
Great fun and near home! My 11 year old 13 year old boys who generally prefer youtube and video games have been here twice in a week and love the auto-belay systems and trying to climb as far as they can to push their limits. Lots to do and both cheaper and better for you than a movie!
Such an amazing gym with great routes and friendly fellow climbers. Join this Climbing gym asap!
Could be a 5* gym if they allotted a kids-only section of the gym. I am all for kids getting into climbing but the way it was during my visit was like a playground. It presents a very dangerous and hectic environment when there are kids rolling around and playing tag on the mats, swinging off of equipment etc.
This is a really great rock gym, I only use the bouldering section. The bouldering routes change every week, with difficulty ranging from VB (beginner) up to V11. The climbs vary a lot in strategy and there’s always something new to work on. They have a few pull-up bars and some fingerboards to practice on.

Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at MetroRock Littleton — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
Adaptive climbing
MetroRock Littleton is mentioned for adaptive climbing or paraclimbing — sessions, equipment, or coaching that make the walls climbable for people with disabilities. Offerings like this vary a lot gym to gym and schedules change, so call ahead to ask what's available and when the next session runs.
