Plan your visit
- Day pass around $15 — check current rates; most gyms price gear rental separately and discount off-peak
- Gear rental available — the gym mentions rentals; shoes typically run ~$5–8 and a harness is often bundled with a ropes pass
- Waiver always required at climbing gyms — sign it online before you go to skip the front-desk line
- Belaying ropes gyms teach belaying or check your certification at the desk; bouldering and auto-belays need no partner and no belay test
- First timer? bouldering needs zero experience — rent shoes and walk in; staff will point you at the easiest problems
- Auto-belays mentioned here — clip in and climb ropes solo, no partner needed
- Kids programs classes, camps, or youth teams mentioned — check the current schedule
- Yoga & fitness mentioned alongside the climbing — ask about the class schedule and what a pass includes

From the reviews
Came here for an indoor climbing date night in October 2025, and really had fun! We spent about 90 minutes climbing all over, from the beginner wall to bouldering! Facility was clean, the layout was wide open and the counter person took time to explain to us what we should expect and how to read their route IDs.
A friend who just moved here talked me into coming here. I had never climbed before and wasn't sure I'd love it. It took some time and getting out of my comfort zone but I had a blast!!!
Prior to talking with staff, I never knew they switched up the routes so often! They make multiple completely new routes on Top Rope, Lead, and Bouldering every week!! They even have the schedule up by their Calendar when you walk in, so you know where the new ones are located.
We had my son’s Birthday party here, it was a great idea! Justin and staff were helpful, accommodating, and made it fun for all of us, even the parents! I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for idea for their kids party as fall/winter options can be limited. We will definitely be back!
Birthday parties at Frontier Climbing and Fitness
Frontier Climbing and Fitness hosts birthday parties, going by their listing and visitor reviews. Climbing parties come with staff who handle the harnesses and belaying, so parents can mostly watch. One thing that's different here: every guest needs a signed waiver — send the gym's waiver link to the other parents when you send invites, or check-in day gets slow. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular gyms.
Kids classes & camps at Frontier Climbing and Fitness
Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at Frontier Climbing and Fitness — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
