From the reviews

The staff are so nice and helpful! This is a great place no matter the weather, season, etc. Even if you are scared of heights, there are still fun things for the kids to do! But adults can have fun climbing too!

Wonderful experience. Clean, safe, affordable and fun. Spent about 3 hours in there with my 10 year old son and his friend. For $18 we got shoe and harness rental for the entire day. They had routes for every experience level. Two kids who have never indoor climbed before had a great time and were busy the entire time.

The Climbing Place was such a fun and welcoming spot! The place felt so homey, with a super-friendly design that made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The paperwork was a breeze, and I had a blast climbing with my two-year-old and four-year-old.

Birthday parties at The Climbing Place

The Climbing Place hosts birthday parties — confirmed on their own site. Climbing parties come with staff who handle the harnesses and belaying, so parents can mostly watch. One thing that's different here: every guest needs a signed waiver — send the gym's waiver link to the other parents when you send invites, or check-in day gets slow. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular gyms.

Kids classes & camps at The Climbing Place

Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at The Climbing Place — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.

Adaptive climbing

The Climbing Place is mentioned for adaptive climbing or paraclimbing — sessions, equipment, or coaching that make the walls climbable for people with disabilities. Offerings like this vary a lot gym to gym and schedules change, so call ahead to ask what's available and when the next session runs.
