“Bouldering is a more efficient way to get my climbing exercise done, and there's no need to work around a partner's schedule, either.”

From the reviews
Lots of routes for both beginners and advanced. Most of the routes let you climb over the top, which is more fun. It did not have loud hip hop, which is good.
such a great gym. came on a busy day and still plenty of routes to go around. lots of varieties of climbs too, mantles, overhang, slab, you name it!!! i will say that the grading is a little soft, but grading is subjective and we should always strive to chase vibes and not grades anyways
Tons of wall area, helpful staff, decent rates. The routes are changed weekly on a rotating schedule around the gym to keep it fresh. A filtered water station for water bottles is available at the drinking fountain. They also have nail clippers to borrow, or if you find that gross you can buy your own for a dollar.
I was visiting Portland for 10 days and was planning on climbing at several gyms. The friendliness of the staff and diversity of problems caused me to have little desire to try anywhere else. Good vibes. Good people. Good climbing. Look no further.
