My daughter had the best birthday party at The Arena! I also had the least stressful time having the birthday party at The Arena. Huge shout out to MINDY, who works at The Arena and takes care of the parties!! She took care of us. I talked to her about all questions I had and she is great to talk to.
This place is clean, lots of room, and there are employees everywhere keeping an eye on everyone. Our party had a little trouble with them not having payment in the system, so keep your receipts for proof of pre-payment.
Highly recommend!!! Great place to have parties!! We have had two kids birthday parties here and the adults and kids have a great time! So much less stress than other parties to set up. Kids and adults can come right in and get their socks and start jumping after signing the consent.
Who knew adults could have just as much fun at a trampoline park! I planned a surprise birthday party for my wife, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Mindy helped with booking the party and did a great job keeping everything a secret.
