Very clean facility with modern equipment. The staff is always friendly and promotes an environment of acceptance for all at any fitness level.
This is by far the best gym in town. I have been to almost all of them, and none make you feel as welcome as they do. I feel that this is a great gym for anyone, no matter what your goals are, or even if you have never picked up a set of weights in your life.
The gals at the desk are nice and they'll help you with what questions come to mind. Great place to go get some exercise
