Beginner-friendly and spacious gym for various levels of rock climbers, plus a workout room.
Plan your visit
- Day pass around $23 — check current rates; most gyms price gear rental separately and discount off-peak
- Gear rental available — the gym mentions rentals; shoes typically run ~$5–8 and a harness is often bundled with a ropes pass
- Waiver always required at climbing gyms — sign it online before you go to skip the front-desk line
- First timer? bouldering needs zero experience — rent shoes and walk in; staff will point you at the easiest problems

- Yoga & fitness mentioned alongside the climbing — ask about the class schedule and what a pass includes
- Ages 0–18 — the gym's own stated range

From the reviews
Challenging and fun. This gym is great as a group team building outing or a solo hobby pursuit. I came here on an Intro to Climbing package and I ended up getting a membership because I loved it so much.
Without a doubt, this rock climbing gym sets the gold standard. The diversity in climbing routes, ranging from beginner-friendly to those that challenge even the most seasoned climbers, is incredibly impressive. The walls are meticulously maintained and reset regularly, offering fresh experiences each time.
I recently visited Philadelphia Rock Gyms - Wyncote, and while it was an overall fine experience, there were a few things that stood out, especially based on feedback from my more seasoned rock-climber friends. Firstly, my friends, who are avid climbers, weren't overly impressed with the gym.
Awesome place to climb. they have tons of boulders with plenty for beginners and advanced climbers. they have a reasonably priced membership and the staff are amazing. Alex is the goat he gave me enough motivation to flash two new boulders. 11/10

One thing that's different here: every guest needs a signed waiver — send the gym's waiver link to the other parents when you send invites, or check-in day gets slow.
