From the reviews
We were just there yesterday and it was amazing! It can get pretty busy when the weather isn't ideal so plan to spend a bit of time waiting if you want belays (there are also 3 auto-belay lines). However, this gives your body a moment to rest!
Haven't been rock climbing in a few years, so we went this last weekend for my birthday. So much fun! Nice setup with a bouldering area, and enough auto-belays that the 4 of us could all stay busy. Good amount of people there of all ages. Staff members were awesome. Definitely going back there soon.
Very friendly, chill team of staff. The routes are hard! Edit: we went back a year later, and everything is as good as we remember! The route setting is very, very creative. If you care about the grades, then I dare say you will be humbled!
So happy we found this spot! We were looking to keep up with aerial arts training while on vacation. Alicia teaches an aerial silks class at the gym in the morning. It’s right outside of Littleton, NH easy to get to!
Birthday parties at North Country Climbing Center
North Country Climbing Center hosts birthday parties — confirmed on their own site. Climbing parties come with staff who handle the harnesses and belaying, so parents can mostly watch. One thing that's different here: every guest needs a signed waiver — send the gym's waiver link to the other parents when you send invites, or check-in day gets slow. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular gyms.
Kids classes & camps at North Country Climbing Center
Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at North Country Climbing Center — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
Adaptive climbing
North Country Climbing Center is mentioned for adaptive climbing or paraclimbing — sessions, equipment, or coaching that make the walls climbable for people with disabilities. Offerings like this vary a lot gym to gym and schedules change, so call ahead to ask what's available and when the next session runs.
