It's a fantastic gym . You can get a great workout in and if you want to swim or maybe just play basketball ball it's great for that too and the staff is great and I'm happy the towels in the locker room don't run out lol so if you looking for a great gym or maybe just visiting the city you should definitely stop by…
I didn’t know how to work out before. Through Lifetime personal training, I learned how to exercise on my own and gained confidence. For women like me who don’t really know how to work out, I definitely recommend learning from a trainer.
I’ve been a member for a year and one month now and now I can’t live without it. I joined because I had several gym memberships prior and it made more sense to consolidate to a gym that offered a little bit of everything.
I am in complete aww... I had my Hair color corrected with a much needed trim, Liz @ life spa is Amazing!! I highly Recommend you giving her a try, you will not be disappointed. From the time I checked in at front desk,and the great staff at lifespa.
