This branch of Life Time Fitness is very clean and well maintained. I have been here for several times as a visitor and every time I get a five stars service. I’ve been approached by coaches in gym during my workout for assistance. They are very professional and welcoming.
I would like to share my wonderful experience with Lifetime Sport Club. Patrick, the Membership Concierge Leader, is truly exceptional — he always responds quickly to any questions, is incredibly helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service.
Everyone that works there is SO incredibly nice! Plenty of classes for all levels. The machines are clean, never too busy/crowded. The lockers rooms are clean and well stocked. The saunas, cold plunge, etc do seem to be under maintenance a lot, but fixed within a day.
Great gym and facilities, however it could use a bit more upkeep. Simmilar gyms in Johns Creek and Norcross are somewhat cleaner, better taken care of. It's not that much to do, however how long does it take to fix a hanger or have the area near the scale in.mens room clean
