I have been a lifetime member for many years, but this year the personnel at the Shelby Twp location has been superb! Kurt Brazil , concierge, has provided excellent service , including helping me to locate clubs when I travel and even warning (Lol) them I am coming!
LifeTime has been a game-changer for both me and my family, but the absolute highlight of my experience has been working with my trainer, Drew. I originally started training with Drew just for some gym accountability and to learn the equipment without hurting myself. I got so much more than that!
I had an amazing experience participating in the challenge. The coaches were knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping everyone succeed. The accountability, guidance, and positive environment made it easier to stay consistent and push myself beyond what I thought I could achieve.
I was a guest at the Shelby Twp, Mi location and brought my kids to go rock climbing. What a fun experience! The staff member, Vinny, was fantastic with the kids! He was so kind, patient and helpful. He made the experience a memorable one. Huge thanks for going above and beyond to help the kids have a wonderful time.
