Plan your visit
- Gear rental nearly every climbing gym rents shoes (~$5–8 typical) and chalk; harness rental is often bundled with a ropes pass
- Waiver always required at climbing gyms — sign it online before you go to skip the front-desk line
- First timer? bouldering needs zero experience — rent shoes and walk in; staff will point you at the easiest problems
- Kids programs classes, camps, or youth teams mentioned — check the current schedule
- Yoga & fitness mentioned alongside the climbing — ask about the class schedule and what a pass includes
- Ages families visit with kids 2–8, going by reviews
- Memberships available — worth asking about if you'd climb more than a few times a month

From the reviews
Swimming, weight training, pickleball, basketball. The staff are very friendly. The group exercise program is excellent. It's good for exercising because it takes care of kids. It's so good for kids to play in the pool. The sauna and spa facilities are great. Above all, the trainers are very good
A very nice fitness club with high quality gym equipment. Place is always clean. Attentive staff and good trainers always available to help people. Amenities like pickle ball courts, squash courts, kids area, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, spa, sauna, yoga, high performance group training, café, hair stylist.
I enjoy this Life Time and its amenities, classes and more! The space and the atmosphere can't be beat as you are always able to come in with friendly faces greeting you, the fact that my gym bag is lighter because towels, shampoo, conditioner, razors and more are available is always a plus.
Pretty nice facility that does get busy at normal rush hour times but not too overcrowded. I’ve seen the more modern Lifetime locations which are nice but this one has a certain charm to it and the staff is friendly. The amount of stuff to do here is worth the higher price tag as it’s much more than a standard gym.
Kids classes & camps at Life Time
Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at Life Time — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
