This is a very nice gym! The equipment is well maintained. I use this gym as my daily gym. That I go to at least 4 times a week. If equipment is being used that I would like to use, I usually don't have to wait more than 5 minutes to use it.
The staff and the PT were very accommodating. Tu e PT was kind enough to give me several options in continuing with the treatment. The front desk employee even went out of her way to make sure I am covered.
Really nice gym. It gets crowded fast though sometimes. It’d be great if the gym bro’s realized that the benches aren’t for their personal belongings. I know I’m a little lady but I’d like to be able to lift just like everyone else.
(Foul trouble) 37 1 handed freedom throws in a row outside in the wind and inside. Had to get away from all the stUFf that was in the air inside the gym. F is for focus lol. Amazing gym, very private and secluded with good strong minded people. Here is where I reclaimed mY* magic. Green is the waY to GO. IvY fitness!!!
