Clean gym featuring a variety of routes including lead, auto-belay and top-rope climbs, plus bouldering.
Plan your visit
- Day pass around $5 — check current rates; most gyms price gear rental separately and discount off-peak
- Gear rental nearly every climbing gym rents shoes (~$5–8 typical) and chalk; harness rental is often bundled with a ropes pass
- Waiver always required at climbing gyms — sign it online before you go to skip the front-desk line
- Belaying ropes gyms teach belaying or check your certification at the desk; bouldering and auto-belays need no partner and no belay test
- First timer? bouldering needs zero experience — rent shoes and walk in; staff will point you at the easiest problems
- Yoga & fitness mentioned alongside the climbing — ask about the class schedule and what a pass includes
- Ages families visit with kids 10–14, going by reviews
- Memberships available — worth asking about if you'd climb more than a few times a month

From the reviews
Super fun place to top rope, lead climb, or boulder. You have to sign a waver if you haven't been before, which you can do online before you arrive. Great routes that are for all skill levels. Will definitely be back. And would definitely recommend!
So many in the climbing community are looking forward to the new change that hopefully comes with a change in ownership. The gym already is so much cleaner and it seems like a lot of people have been coming back. All of the new holds and volumes are a welcome addition too.
Great gym! Lots of fun, varied routes. Something for everyone. The staff is friendly and kind.
Amazing place! I heard about GVC on FB while looking for adaptive activities for my 3 boys, dx w/autism & related disorders. It's just me & the boys so I'm always looking for fun activities that push them. Sensory regulation is difficult w/autism. This place has helped my boys while they are there & staying active.
