The rock wall here is really cool, and there's a really relaxed vibe all throughout the gym. My wife and I have felt very at ease despite our inexperience in a gym setting!
The University Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine inside FRC is top-notch!! The doctors and techs are well educated and treat a myriad of acute injuries and rehab needs. The resources available to them and their expertise are paired for your best possible outcome.
Fike has a solid set of amenities: the rock wall, the pool, a whole lot of workout equipment/space, basketball courts, and more! It definitely gets crowded during peak hours (and after new years lol), but all in all it is a great place to work out. Shout out to the campus recreation staff!
Has everything you need for workout! They have a swimming pool, scales, treadmill, machine weights, free weights, bikes, elliptical, and the climbing stairs machine. Also have a place for rock climbing, although they have their own operation hours.
