From the reviews

Fun experience, nice facility to go and get some climb time in . Experience levels is of no consequence, the staff will give you a crash course on how to set up your harness and etc. if you have some experience they give you a refresher before scaling the wall. Practice your double figure 8 knot :)

We had a great time at the gym. Very friendly to first timers and kids (pretty good pricing too)! I took 2 of my kids around 10 years old and the team was very patient and helpful with us newcomers. They taught us about safety and kept an eye on us to be sure.

I am a complete beginner with no experience or knowledge. I took a private lesson, and I'm so glad I did! Josh was my instructor and he was absolutely amazing. A fantastic teacher, and very encouraging and supportive. The whole staff was incredible! The owner, Taya was super friendly and belayed me on a couple routes.
