From the reviews
Not a lot of options for sport-climbing gyms in the area, but this is the best in my opinion. Roger, a staff member, was extremely friendly and great with my son to challenge him and make feel comfortable. I love this place.
Cons: they charge $5 for a gym tour on your first visit for each person. That feels scummy. There's also a few people that aren't employees that tell you what to do like they own the place.
I love this rock climbing gym. The staff is always cordial with guests. The establishment is well maintained and the actual routes set to climb are great. I have to get really creative with my movements to execute these routes and I like having to workshop them when they're not painfully obvious on how to do them.
We have been going to the Texas Rock Gym since 2005! I just dug through my pictures and found some from before having children! That is how much we love TRG! The staff are always so passionate about what they do and are so eager and enthusiastic about getting visitors to have the most memorable and exciting experience.

Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at Climb Capuchin — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
Adaptive climbing
Climb Capuchin is mentioned for adaptive climbing or paraclimbing — sessions, equipment, or coaching that make the walls climbable for people with disabilities. Offerings like this vary a lot gym to gym and schedules change, so call ahead to ask what's available and when the next session runs.
