I have been struggling with joint injuries for years and it has limited my ability to workout the way I'd like to. Since meeting Dr. Khong and joining the Chicago Movement community, I have been able to workout the way I want to while strengthening muscles to help prevent injuries.
Mind-opening experiences. I was so happy to find out Dr. Khong was a student of Roye who I have been following for a long time for Ido Movement Method. Khong is very flexible to let me and my wife drop in 3 of his classes while we're visiting Chicago for the first time.
Chicago Movement Gym is a phenomenal community of teachers and members seeking to explore health through movement. The vibe is fun and loose, but also challenging in a good way.
