What's inside
“The bouldering was tough, not much beginner-level stuff my 6- and 8-year-old could be successful on as newbies, but they still had fun trying.”
“The lead climbing cave is very nice and will surely make you strong!”
“However, the selections for autobelay climbs were few, and we weren’t able to have as much variety in the walls we climbed as we were used to.”
“New bouldering and fitness area added a lot to the existing facility.”

From the reviews
Took the family here a couple weeks ago, took the belay class with my wife. Super awesome instructor, dude with great hair. The climbing was fun. The bouldering was tough, not much beginner-level stuff my 6- and 8-year-old could be successful on as newbies, but they still had fun trying.
Bouldered. Good climbing but grades maxed out at V9, so it depends on what you are looking for. New bouldering and fitness area added a lot to the existing facility. Full size campus board now. Would have given 5 stars, but the gym is still missing a few of the modern amenities.
It’s an awesome gym! I absolutely love going there! I’ve been climbing there for many years. It is well maintained with new holds. Staff are super friendly and helpful! The gym is kids-friendly with many programs. It has one of the best community of climbers. Go on any evening after work and you will make new friends.
First place I ever climbed in. Less than a month later, I decided to become a member and have been one ever since. The Central Rock Gym separates their routes using hold colors which is much better than gyms that put stickers near each route. The gym is clean and staff if very friendly.
