From the reviews
I currently attend the school there and stop by the gym whenever I can to get a workout in. The staff is super friendly and helpful when you need assistance. There are 3 floors, the first floor is where you can use the lockers. The second floor has basketball, volleyball, badminton and other sports within the area.
Probably one of the best equipped gyms that I've been to. Top of the line equipment. Always very clean as well. The rowing machines are one of my favorites. Most gyms use cheaper versions but this gym uses concept 2 rowers so that's a big plus for me. The pool is outdoors.
I come here 6 days out of the week to workout. It can get busy at certain times each day. I like the Spin class and stretching classes provided. I want to try the Pilates class some time. It is $250 for 10 sessions for personal training. I have been personal training with Cara for about a year now.
This is the best gym I've ever been to! As a student you get a "free" membership. It's not really free however, it's included in tuition. They have fun classes, a great pool, and a rock climbing wall! I have to say this is the main thing I will miss about Cal Poly when I graduate.
