From the reviews
Cool place. Designated parking outside with lines, and also an open lot. No overnight parking. They have a lot of stuff inside: kitchen, showers, bathrooms, workout equipment. You have to sign a waiver before climbing, and they can rent you gear.
Went to Bend Rock Gym for the first time today. This place is amazing! I took my 9 year old and he absolutely loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, teaching us how to use the equipment. We will definitely be going back!
Really cool climbing gym but extremely soft grading for TR. We climbed here while visiting from NY and were seriously impressed with the size of this gym. Unfortunately there was a large discrepancy in the 5.11 grading. One white 5.11 on the back wall climbed like a 5.8-5.9 warm up, and another yellow 5.
I'm a first time climber and went with my sister who goes often. The simplicity is very nice, just sign a waiver, grab some shoes and a harness and you're off to the races.
Birthday parties at Bend Rock Gym
Bend Rock Gym hosts birthday parties — confirmed on their own site. Climbing parties come with staff who handle the harnesses and belaying, so parents can mostly watch. One thing that's different here: every guest needs a signed waiver — send the gym's waiver link to the other parents when you send invites, or check-in day gets slow. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular gyms.
