Great place to take an active family, there is plenty of bouldering, a party room, free weights, a slack line, kids climbing room and training area. This is a great place to learn your body and not worry about falling from high hights.
Nicely set climbs. Lots to choose from and friendly staff. Decent weight lifting area. Changing rooms are on site, separate to bathrooms which is a plus. Definitely coming back!
This is one of the underrated climbing gyms. There are plenty routes of everyone. The grading is in par with international standards. The padding is not the softest though, so, jumpers be aware. And The only limitation is the lack of top roping, so perhaps it should be named as a bouldering gym.
This is my first time in a climbing gym. The front desk people are friendly. They offer free classes to members. I enjoyed coming here for the 3 months I traveled for work. It gets really crowded in the afternoons. Weekends first thing in the morning very little crowds
Birthday parties at The Rock Boxx Climbing Gym
The Rock Boxx Climbing Gym hosts birthday parties, going by their listing and visitor reviews. Climbing parties come with staff who handle the harnesses and belaying, so parents can mostly watch. One thing that's different here: every guest needs a signed waiver — send the gym's waiver link to the other parents when you send invites, or check-in day gets slow. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular gyms.
Kids classes & camps at The Rock Boxx Climbing Gym
Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at The Rock Boxx Climbing Gym — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
