New equipment, mostly clean, full cardio and weight rooms. The basketball gym is not always available due to programs. Racquetball costs and rock climbing wall. Yoga - Zumba - Spin Class - Personal Trainers. Crowded after school or work lets out.
I came here for a workout and shower since I was camping in White Rock. Its older but has everything you need for a good workout. Its clean and well taken care of. Guests are $10 daily.
If you're planning on attending a gym you should go here! This facility has the loveliest staff and they always help me with my needs. They have a variety of equipment, basketball gym, and racquetball courts. On top of that they also have a climbing wall and numerous engaging classes throughout the week.
Great place, with great staff. The equipment is a bit old, sometimes bit dirty but still in great working condition. Lots of different options, and different sections to get your work out in. Everyone seems pretty friendly and will help out if you need help with one of the machines, or someone to spot you.
