“More importantly, I have met a community of climbers who have a shared goal of getting better, helping each other and being safe.”
From the reviews
This is the place to get better! The atmosphere strikes a wonderful balance of encouraging challenging workouts and climbing, as well as being laid-back and friendly. They do a wonderful job of welcoming you into the community and creating a personal approach to improve the areas you want.
I have been coming here for years. Keith runs a great gym, and the space has a huge amount of versatility and practicality. It is great for strength training, balance and flexibility training, and of course climbing.
Love the trainers, community, and classes at Summit. It is a great place to learn new climbing skills, get great strength workout. Recently took a lifting course here and was able to get the confidence to start lifting for the first time.
Summit is a hugely positive environment and a great place for anyone training for specific fitness goals. Keith has an awesome knowledge of drills, exercises, stretches, etc. that can hugely benefit anyone's training plan. I specifically have become a much stronger climber with Keith's coaching. Thanks!!!
