Good gym and recreational outlet. They split the weight lifting equipment up to three or four different ends of the building kind of annoying having to walk into different rooms for a workout kills the vibe a little.
Clean,nice equipment, you got to try them all, the aquatics are crystal clear, and the Olympic size pool is very impressive.
I have been coming here for six or seven years. I highly recommend the Rec, the amenities it has for the cost is incredible. I love the variety it has to offer I can swim in the pool one day, play basketball on one of many courts another, racquetball another, lift weights in one of the multiple weight rooms and I…
So big and has awesome equipment! Best gym facilities in all of Carbondale and surround areas. On top of that, it is welcoming of the whole community.
