What's inside
“We boulder at a local gym in CO so I was thrilled to find this place not too far from where we were visiting in DE.”
“I joined because not only do they have loads of fitness equipment but they also have a big variety of classes to take from Tabata to Yoga/Pilates to Spin & more.”
What climbers say again and again
“Because the gym can be a potential place to harbor germs, it’s so important to make sure the equipment is all clean and wiped down.”
“I joined because not only do they have loads of fitness equipment but they also have a big variety of classes to take from Tabata to Yoga/Pilates to Spin & more.”
“In addition to exercise opportunities, RISE provides a supportive community of PD individuals who talk with one another, share struggles, and encourage one another.”
From the reviews
My boyfriend and I are the weirdos who like to find new gyms to workout at while on vacation. So we looked for a few places on Yelp and found RISE on our Rehoboth Beach trip in June of 2018. We were so blown away that when we planned our next 2 trips back that we made sure a 3 day pass was on the morning agenda!
While staying in the Dewey area I got the 3 day pass to Rise. Normally, I go to planet fitness but Rise was a very cool experience. The atmosphere was friendly and clean. The workers answered all the questions I had and even let me leave my keys up front ( I forgot a lock).
First of all, I will say that if you're looking for an outstanding fitness facility... THIS is the place! The layout, the number of cardio machines, free weights & machines is incredible! The center of the gym is open so you can use it for sled push/ pulls, box jumps, whatever you need! Great layout!
I've been hitting up Rise Fitness & Adventure in Rehoboth Beach for about two years now, and it's quickly become my go-to spot for workouts. If you're looking for a gym that combines top-notch facilities with a welcoming vibe, this place nails it.
Kids classes & camps at RISE Fitness + Adventure
Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at RISE Fitness + Adventure — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
