The staff and members made me feel right at home. Coaches are very helpful and encouraging! I love the sauna! It’s an added perk. The gym is clean and well maintained and shower and bathroom facilities are too.
This is one of the best gyms you will ever find. The coaches are passionate about what they do and it carries over to anyone who signs up for a class - whether it's through a team fitness training session, nutrition coaching, or in the climbing facility. They're all great!
I haven’t been to a “bad” class at this gym. I was never a group fitness guy, but the community and instructors here are Amazing! Dion has a way of making you forget that you are suffering. Hahaha! Always make sure we are performing the movements safely and correctly.
This gym is very nice and everyone is friendly! Memberships are affordable and you can always get great help from anyone including the staff. There is some awesome climbs here and they switch it up every couple of weeks! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to climb beginners or experts
