My 3 and 5 year olds loved this place. They were very clean and very friendly. They let us leave for lunch and then come back. Restrooms were spotless. Outside food was allowed in. Great rainy day activity for the littles to get some energy out. I’d cap the age limit at 6 years old.
Medium-sized play area for kids - nice variety. Facility seems pretty clean and well-maintained. They have a pretty neat tube slide, which I haven't seen at other places. FYI - they make everyone buy specific grippy socks.
The indoor play structure is great. Compared to the peek-a-boo Factory that was in West Portal, everything is a notch better. The facility seems cleaner; the structure seems well planned and well built; the entrance is laid out more thoughtfully; etc.
Clean, easy covered parking, great for bad weather. Weekend hours should be longer for open play in the evening but otherwise it's great. Been going to the since they were at West Portal in SF. This is a better location. Some people abuse the PRIVILEGE of eating in the parents areas which may ruin it for others.
