Love Peak Fitness. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Rockford years ago. From singlehood, to wedding bod, to now motherhood; Peak has been there! I HAVE to shoutout the staff who are all so friendly. Now leaving my six month old with the childcare is leveling up my appreciation.

I've been going to Peak since January and I'm very satisfied with choosing this gym. The location is perfect, the inside is clean, and it's never too crowded. The membership price may be a little more than some other gyms but the benefits you get are well worth it.
I've been going to gyms for many years and this is my favorite one. Super clean, friendly staff, lots of variety of equipment, well priced, always seem to see someone I know. I highly recommend this Peak Fitness location.
