Clean venue featuring rock climbing via bouldering walls plus classes and locker rooms.
Plan your visit
- Day pass around $32 — check current rates; most gyms price gear rental separately and discount off-peak
- Gear rental available — the gym mentions rentals; shoes typically run ~$5–8 and a harness is often bundled with a ropes pass
- Waiver always required at climbing gyms — sign it online before you go to skip the front-desk line
- First timer? bouldering needs zero experience — rent shoes and walk in; staff will point you at the easiest problems
- Kids programs classes, camps, or youth teams mentioned — check the current schedule
- Yoga & fitness mentioned alongside the climbing — ask about the class schedule and what a pass includes
- Memberships available — worth asking about if you'd climb more than a few times a month

Coming from the DFW area, very excited when I discovered there was a Movement in Harlem during my visit to NYC. It’s a small gym but a lot of routes to try. Came midday on a Saturday and was expecting it to be packed. It was somewhat busy but I never had to wait long to try a route.
Absolutely amazing community! The diversity of the crowd is truly impressive, making every interaction unique and enriching. The atmosphere is fun and super friendly, creating a warm and welcoming vibe. It's also incredibly motivating – the perfect environment to thrive and grow. Highly recommend!
I’m new to climbing here, and during my first sessions I couldn’t find my phone after leaving it on a desk. The staff handled the situation with care and professionalism. They later received a call confirming that someone had mistakenly picked it up, and the whole process was resolved smoothly.
