I’ve been a member for 10 years. I had left a great review many years back but deleted it after a negative experience with one of the staff (who has since left). I am reposting a new review now after seeing many positive changes.
Staff at the front desk are awesome very friendly very positive. everytime i arrive there they always smile and check you in. Upstairs trainers very professional very welcoming very positive upbeat attitude.
we are starting at the weight room if you are a new person this is the perfect environment for you to grow as a human and as a lifter. there are so many knowledged ppl working here. i refer to them. as his jedis dan has the ability to create jedis out if his trainers along side the very down to earth kobe.
The Schaumburg Lifetime has improved 180° since the new general manager has taken over and Julian has become operations manager.
