Life Time in Lawrenceville is very conveniently located, just a short distance from both my church and home. I enjoy coming here regularly for swimming and strength training. One thing I’ve noticed is that the facility is constantly undergoing renovations.
My favorite place for the option of leisure, relaxation or any desired form of workout… or just bring the little ones during summer to have fun outside by the pool or inside any other time ..
I have been a Life Time member on and off since 2007, with this being my 3rd time coming back to the Sugarloaf location...came back in 2023 after years of hopping around trying other gyms and just abandoning it all together.
The Life Time facility here is well equipped and family friendly. They have a nice indoor poor, cold plunge, and sauna. I had a complimentary personal training session and was recommended Lauren, due to her knowledge of women’s health. I have had personal training here with Lauren and she is simply the best.
