From the reviews
I like the friendly staff at Lifetime, and the pickleball courts. But I recently joined another gym in addition to Lifetime for the red light therapy. I also discovered machines that felt more comfortable and easier to use. I’m also shopping Pilates because Lifetime costs more even though the room often sits empty.
I really enjoy this lifetime. I’ve been a member for approximately five years and I have been extremely satisfied. There is always ample equipment available and even when the parking lot is full, there doesn’t seem to be as many people in the facility as it looks outside.
This was my first time at this Lifetime Fitness. Wow! Huge! Clean! Very friendly staff, cafe, indoor courts, basketball, even a chiropractor. I didn’t see everything but as a Lifetime member I plan on visiting again.
I had the absolute best spa experience at Life Time, all thanks to Liv! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely welcomed and at ease. She’s incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable—clearly someone who’s passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her clients.
Kids classes & camps at Life Time
Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at Life Time — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
