Such a beautiful facility. Always so clean. Plenty of group ex classes for whatever you like to do. The equipment area is massive and has so many different types of things. The indoor pool has hot tubs and saunas. The outdoor pool has cool slides your kids will love.
Beatriz Muñoz is amazing! I've been training with her at Lifetime for about six months, and she is the best. She's super encouraging, knows exactly how to build a killer booty and legs, and somehow makes even the toughest workouts fun. I absolutely love Bea (even if she tries to kill me 😅).
We recently hosted birthday parties for each of our kids at Lifetime, and each time we got nothing but rave reviews. There are a variety of activities to pick from (bounce house, gym games, swimming, rock climbing, etc), all of which the kids have a blast with.
I absolutely love Lifetime — the whole family enjoys it so much. I have two young kids and they have a blast in the Kids Area and at Parents Night Out. I did class with a personal training - Beatriz - and she’s amazing; she really helped me a lot when I was starting out. I didn’t give up because of her.
