The one thing they have going for them is their childcare. Unfortunately they lost a lot of the great staff they had working there, but still have some great people. They continue to raise prices with a poorly trained front desk staff.
Having been to multiple gyms, in multiple states, let me leave a fair and honest review of my experience at Lifetime. Having read some previous reviews, it is obvious to me people are coming up with any and every made up excuse that they can think of to not give Lifetime the credit it deserves. Cleanliness?
My wife, son, and I came in for a tour today. We were greeted by 4 people at the desk. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Bethany took us on a tour of the facility. The place is very impressive. The basketball courts were just redone and the facility was very clean.
If I were reviewing the Kids Club alone, it’d be five stars from me. They do an amazing job—my kid is happy there, the staff is attentive, and I always feel completely comfortable leaving him while I get a workout in. it’s the primary reason I chose Lifetime over any other gym Big shoutout to the front desk team too.
