From the reviews
We've been members here since 2005. Great employees, equipment, lockerooms, pool area, etc. everything is clean and organized and well looked after. This is definitely a top tier gym. I recommend this place .
I cannot express how much of a lovely community we have in Garland Life Time. In the years since I’ve been coming to this member-driven, hospitable, inviting, clean club, I’ve been fortunate enough to build strong relationships with coaches, staff, and other members that inspire me daily.
Great overall experience! One of their trainers (Emily) was great and coached me through a workout session and a stretching session. She was helpful, friendly and made the overall experience delightful. Great customer service! The gym and machines were clean and it wasn’t too crowded. All in all, Great Work LifeTime!
I’ve been training at Life Time Fitness for a while now, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The biggest thing that stands out is how complete the facility is. Whether I’m getting a lift in, doing cardio, or just trying to switch things up with basketball or recovery work, everything is in one place.
Kids classes & camps at Life Time
Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at Life Time — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
Adaptive climbing
Life Time is mentioned for adaptive climbing or paraclimbing — sessions, equipment, or coaching that make the walls climbable for people with disabilities. Offerings like this vary a lot gym to gym and schedules change, so call ahead to ask what's available and when the next session runs.
