Plan your visit
- Day pass around $50 — check current rates; most gyms price gear rental separately and discount off-peak
- Gear rental nearly every climbing gym rents shoes (~$5–8 typical) and chalk; harness rental is often bundled with a ropes pass
- Waiver always required at climbing gyms — sign it online before you go to skip the front-desk line
- First timer? bouldering needs zero experience — rent shoes and walk in; staff will point you at the easiest problems
- Kids programs classes, camps, or youth teams mentioned — check the current schedule
- Yoga & fitness mentioned alongside the climbing — ask about the class schedule and what a pass includes
- Memberships available — worth asking about if you'd climb more than a few times a month

Plenty of Machines, albeit not the best machines you'll find, basically just TechnoGym and Life Fitness stuff, limited ROM and less than ideal curves across the Board, will note the quality machines below: Squat Press Converging Horizontal Chest Press Iso Lateral Row…
I love Lifetime! I enjoy the classes, and after about six months of coming regularly and not really seeing the results I wanted, I decided to invest in myself and hire a personal trainer, and started working with Tim P. I have made significant progress toward my fitness goals and overall health, and I feel great.
I don’t usually do this review stuff, had to make an account to do this. Yet, I was a guest at Lifetime and had a great time. Amenities were great. Staff was friendly, especially an employee named Josh in the locker room. His warmth and competence left me with a great impression of the gym. I’ll definitely be back.
We joined in 2017 and will likely be members for life. No other gym in the area has comparable amenities for families with young children. The kids department has consistently had amazing managers who work tirelessly to create a fun and safe environment for children.
