I love Let’s and Play in Hoover, I could give 1 star if I was considering just the cleaning. I’m trying to be fair, but also advising the owner/manager and employees that it’s not admissible that way it looks like. Kids needs clean places, it’s clear you guys are not considering this topic important.
This was our first time and we will be back on a regular basis! The employees could not be friendlier or more helpful. They are constantly cleaning and put on character shows for the children. The pizza wings sodas and ice cream don’t hurt either. This place is huge and safe and has four big party rooms. We love it!
We had such a great experience at Let's Play! The facility was clean, safe, and perfect for kids to run, play, and burn off energy while parents could actually relax a little. The staff was friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They just upgraded the space, and it looks amazing!
Absolutely love Let's Play! The recent upgrades have made an already great place even better. The play areas are clean, colorful, and so much fun for the kids. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always kind and attentive. It’s the perfect spot for kids to play safely while parents can relax a bit.
