This was our 1st time here and the staff was super friendly. Loads of fun for kids and adults!!! Our six-year-old did not want to leave even after two hours of fun! The price to enter is affordable and the facilities are clean. There are vending machines filled with drinks and snacks for the mid-break munchies that everyone is certain to have after burning a lot of calories.
Literally the best place to get my 7,4, and 3 yo to exhaust all their energy out! Bathrooms are clean and they have step stools so they can reach to wash their hands which is convenient. You can also leave and come back throughout the day so if the kids get hungry we can go and come back.
We came right when it opened on a Saturday morning. It smelled clean and the staff was very friendly and happy for us to be there. The other times I have been there, the process is the same and the staff has been consistently friendly and clear with directions.
