Very nice staff, very clean facility. Firley has an outdoor pool, Knowles, located across the street from the football field at JC high school, has an indoor pool, that I believe is open year round. Also Firley has a large free weight workout section and racket ball courts and indoor tennis courts.
Great place! The staff is patient and so kind. They never push you if you’re nervous. They are very helpful. I have always had great service. I would recommend if you want to try rock climbing or if you are looking for a climbing community.
I have only had a good time at this facility. Been coming here for about a year now to use the treadmills a few times a week and to take my son swimming all summer. Everything has always been clean.
Nice ymca with plenty of options for weights, dumbells, machines, barbells, squat racks, Smith machines. They also have plenty of cardio equipment, bikes, stair steppers, ellipticals. Besides the gym equipment there's basketball courts, indoor 2nd story track, tennis courts, option for pickle ball.
